We build a schedule of opportunities designed to meet the needs and interest areas of your group over a span of time. You choose how often (weekly, monthly, quarterly) you wish to have projects available to members of your group, how many members you expect to participate in each project and which community needs you would like to address. We will create projects for your group based on your preferences. Project Coordination includes start to finish handling of project planning, registration and orientation of participating volunteers, coordination and logistics for your projects.
Projects built to your specifications may be open to the community or closed to those not in your group. Through technology designed specifically for HandsOn Northeast Georgia affiliates, we are able to offer access to projects designed for you exclusively to your team of volunteers. Your team will be given an access code that will allow only them to view, research and register for projects restricted to your group. This tool also enables leaders in your group to monitor project registration and availability.
